I am an experienced home economist based in Perthshire, central Scotland,
and I have been writing a To date, I have written over 20 cookery books.

My career began on BEST magazine in the late eighties followed by a term as
the cookery editor of Woman's Own. Since becoming freelance in 1992,
I have been fortunate enough to work for a wide range of publications
from Slimming World and Sunday Times Style Magazine to ASDA's and
