9th of March is a special day; a day when a special person was born. ❤️❤️

Sabeen was a precious gift, who touched every person she met deeply with her mannerism, sincerity, care and love. We are lucky to be her family!

She was always very conscious of her birthday, often reminding her best friend several months before that it’s her birthday on 9th of March and she better not forget it…coincidentally her best friend’s name is also Sabeen!

“As promised here are the photos of my first experience with the Pink Lady. Aloo gosht. First one is while cooking. Then served. The third photo is when we all drunk in honour of Sabeen !! My personal touch was to serve it with Iranian rice which is anyway basmati and to cook it with olive oil as Italians do instead of sunflower oil. The rest was followed very strictly.
