I have to keep asking my husband to remind me how old I am lol
I am a PCOS warrior and post (mainly on my tiktok about supplements I take for this.
I was diagnosed as a pre diabetic back in January and am hoping I can reverse this with the hope of the 1:1 diet.

An 8am swim lesson means a coffee with added latte shake.
