Did you know that Kärlek Beauty provides Fertility treatment, as well as Pregnancy and Post-Natal treatments.
Around one in six couples in the UK will experience difficulties conceiving and around one in four experience a miscarriage in the UK 🥹 This equates to approximately 3.5 million people across the country and around 84% of those will successfully conceive after trying for 12 months.
Miscarriage and fertility troubles are still such a taboo topic and we are still struggling to openly talk about it. The issue of fertility health is sadly neglected in the UK, despite the fact that most people consider having children as the most important decision of their lives
Stress is one of the main factors that can affect conception and can interfere with the ability for
a woman to fall pregnant. The pressure of it not happening as quickly as you thought, and expectations from external factors can really take its toll.
So ladies, what can you do to help manage your stress? Kärlek Beauty offers a 12-week program that provides a once a week treatment, to help to prepare the body and to balance hormones to support with aid of conception. Monthly payment plans are available to help with the cost.
This 60 minute treatment includes massage, therapy reflexology, focus on visualisation and energy work.

🌎 World Mental Health Day 🌎
Kärlek Beauty is a fully trained Mental Health and Neurodiversity Salon. Mental health and disabilities come hand in hand. One study found that 54% of people with a learning disability also have a mental health problem.
My own mental health hasn’t always been where I have wanted it to be, due to my own hidden disabilities. Educating others on hidden disabilities and the link to mental health is the key to helping and supporting our neurodiversity community. Keep talking, keep educating to break the stigma around mental health and hidden disabilities👩🏽🏫 💚
It’s been a rollercoaster of a year. I have learnt so much about how precious life is, to appreciate the little things and worry less about those unimportant things that used to feel so big
Pure love to your people and just keep being your unique self 😉
Here are a few handy tips that I have learnt along the way that have helped my own mental health journey, swipe ➡️
1. Celebrating and making awareness of world mental health day 🌎 💚
2. Set yourself clear and healthy boundaries 🚫
3. Surround yourself with honest and positive people 👯♀️
4. Get reading 📚 to work on YOU 👏🏾
5. It’s also ADHD awareness month🧡 To help manage my own symptoms, I tried to exercise regularly and incorporate a well-balanced diet (meal preparation is key), plus a mixture of weight training and cardio. This is my thing but find something that you find enjoyable for you because everyone is different 💪🏽
6. Have some downtime to recharge the mind and body. Phone off, out of reach, no distractions, and do something for you ☕️

Claudette is a qualified massage therapist, baby massage instructor and specialise in pregnancy massage treatments.
I have been practising Swedish massage treatments and offer a variety of treatments to reduce stress and increase relaxation. The end result will relax your body and release any pain due to tension, perfect for anyone over worked and stressed, to relax both mind and body.
