Classes payable by the half term or drop-in at the rates stated below. Half term payment secures your place each week. Mondays 3-4pm Chair Yoga for the gentle years £5-7 sliding scale, drop-in £7. The Mansion, Totnes

Hello yoga friends and ayurveda followers...and anyone else... as some of you know I'm in Herefordshire for a month working at an ayurvedic retreat centre, teaching yoga and meditation. Plus getting greater insight into ayurveda.

So classes are currently being covered by the lovely Pippa Griffin and Becky Hickman for chair yoga. Do go along and support them, I'll be back mid May...

Would you like to try out yoga in Ivybridge, or return to the class?

I'm offering half price classes for your 1st class! This is eligible to those who haven't been to a yoga class with me before or those who want to return after a break of at least 3 months.

Each class will just be £4.75! It will give you a chance to sample how this can benefit you, likely to include...
- increased strength
- increased mobility and flexibility
- feeling good in body and mind
- feeling more relaxed
- accessing a sense of stillness/peace, achieved through breathing practice alongside the physical aspects

Yoga is best practiced regularly and classes after September will resume to the standard price of £9.50 drop-in or £8.50 per class if you pay for all classes scheduled that month.

How do I sign up?
You can just turn up! Or send me an email. I will need a health questionnaire completed which can be sent via email or you can complete one prior to the class.

Chair Yoga returns to Totnes tomorrow (Mon 4th Sept), 3-4pm Birdwood House. For those with less mobility who would for example find getting onto & up off the floor difficult. The chair acts as a prop to help people practice yoga irrespective of this potential barrier to other classes. Just £5-7 (£7 drop-in). You can just turn up or get in touch before coming 1st time.
