The University of Surrey Canoe Club is an active group of friendly paddlers where anyone, from a complete beginner to a seasoned pro, is welcome. We'll provide the kit, all you need to do is turn up and pick a boat! As one of the oldest and longest running clubs at the university, you can expect us to be one of the best. Wanna try a new sport? Well at the USCC we have the sport for you! Come to our canoe polo sessions Sunday, 7.30pm at SSP and we’ll get you up to speed 😁 or at least in a kayak throwing some balls around! First session is THIS week

Our ReFreshers Trip to the River Dart in Devon is Next Weekend!! (24-26th February)

This is a great beginners trip as an intro to paddling whitewater. Open to all members with a priority to refreshers/ new members. We have a few prerequisites for safety: you must have been to at least two of our pool or river sessions and be able to swim. If keen and unsure send us a message we’ll be happy to answer any questions 😃

It’s never too late to join so if you’ve always wanted to kayak* or are interested in the amazing socials come along and chat to one of our friendly members who will be happy to answer your questions and convince you to try one of the sickest sports!! (We’re definitely not biased because it is actually sick!) Our club gets up to a lot of cool things, we paddle whitewater rivers and compete in competitions in canoe polo.
