Theme: Love Yourself Meditation
Self-love is the fundamental of a healthy mind and body. It sounds like self-love often comes naturally, but many find it a bit hard. If you often find your mind self-criticize, lack of self-trust, low self-esteem, a mindfulness ‘Love Yourself’ meditation practice may help you discover the inner dialogue and cultivate a caring relationship with yourself.
With the use of various soothing sound instruments to guide you through the meditation journey, it allows you to easily reach the meditative state and deep relaxation, reconnecting our body and mind with calm and peace.

2023 was a quiet year for my teaching and healing path. With tremendous life event happening throughout the whole year, they were all heavy and painful. Life brought me big lessons to learn, and I knew they all contributed to my growth.
In the last few weeks of Dec, I slowly restored that peace in heart. A very calming, peaceful, silent heart returns.
2024 I’m hoping to get myself back on track for my spiritual healing path. Sharing out the beauty and the therapeutic effect of singing bowls, and sound healing. There are various sound instruments to promote our wellness, however I particularly like Tibetan Singing Bowls. I love its soothing sound to calm my busy mind, and its vibration when it is massaging over my body.
This chakra set had been with me for several years, accompanying me through my sound healing path. Amazing vibrations and harmonic tone, resonating well with our body. I hope this set of bowls can serve and benefit more people in 2024 💗 🙏

It has been quite a while for the updates. Millions of things were going on, and I love this little one which gives good harmony with singing bowls. I love its extremely high-pitched sound, feeling up in the air😌
