Every winter we get a number of calls from tenants reporting black mould growth on walls and ceilings. These reports increase during winter with colder temperatures when condensation forms in areas such as windows and bathrooms.

There are some simple things you can do that can make a big difference to reduce air moisture levels in your home, and a guide to controlling mould and condensation is available to download from our website.

The Summer BBQ on the Landport Estate was a great success yesterday.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped with preparation, staffed a stall, or helped with the clear up. Thanks also to the Landport Food Stores and Landport Residents Association for their sponsorship, Environment First for removing the rubbish, Neighbourhood First for their help, and the Green Consultancy Team for getting Eridge Green cut.

Everyone who came along had a great time :)
