Two cakes for Steph in the past two weeks 💕

Both are 6” XL (4 layers of sponge). The floral cake is lemon drizzle and the Harry Potter cake is Kinder bueno (white chocolate & hazelnut). Really love how this pair came out!

Just two best pals working their way through life making the odd cake here & there!

Huge graze went out the door yesterday, with everything delivered in takeaway boxes & platters for a pre-wedding celebration! Their big day is today 😻

I thought this gluten free bagel platter looked post-worthy. Whipped feta (homemade with lemon juice, parsley & mint) with rocket, cucumber & green olive tapenade. This bagel platter accompanied a bridal brunch for E & her team of bridesmaids to devour whilst getting ready! 🤩

All delivered to which is such a stunning venue!

If you have a friend who’s a wedding vendor, it’s time to give them a hug and say wedding season will calm down soon 😅

New signage up thanks to Angie Cooper-Sherry at WEDDING DREAMS AND PARTY THEMES! Angie is the number one person for all customised items, artificial flower displays, signage and pretty much anything to make your event POP!

I use Angie for all of my acrylic wedding cake menus and she never fails to make them look perfect (even when I give her two days notice because I’m forgetful!)

Come along to The Cake Club’s first ever Cake and Sip at Lole Wellness! We’ll be hosting a relaxing evening filled with cake decorating, grazing and fun! You can even bring along your favourite tipple too! All tools and equipment will be available for use, as well as help from our expert team (if you’d like it).

This evening is suitable for 18+. Light grazing table of sandwiches, salads and pastas included (unfortunately cannot cater for dietary requirements on this occasion).

The evening starts from 6pm and will end at 8pm.

Needed something bigger than the Cube as my business expands, and there was no better choice than the ID Buzz. Moving to electric is a bit scary but can’t wait for all our adventures in the bus!

I will miss the Cube (this is my second time selling it, I missed it so much the first time so I bought it back 😂) but I’m pleased it’s going to a good home.

Happy 80th birthday Stella! 🎉🥂🧁

Stella contacted me 14 months ago to book in a show-stopping graze table for her 80th birthday lunch. Since she is a vegetarian and does not eat cheese she wanted half of the charcuterie selection to be substituted for some fish. So we opted for an extra special selection of half side of salmon roasted in lemon & herbs, smoked salmon slices, individual prawn cocktails and smoked mackerel pate.

We also opted for extras such as coleslaw, potato salad, sandwiches, pasta salads and custom quiches.

Stella also requested a plain, undecorated fruit cake and a lemon cake. Delish!

Happy belated birthday post to my Dad!

Whenever I have a meltdown about cake deliveries, setting up huge graze tables or if I need an impossible handmade prop (such as my candy cart) my Dad ALWAYS delivers. Whether it’s helping me deliver a 35kg wedding cake that I can’t lift on my own, actually setting up a graze table (!) or hand making my entire candy cart completely from scratch… he’s the best!

Today is our little Orla’s birthday! She’s two this year, but since her party isn’t until the weekend here is a little throwback from last year 🎉
