Kalloway Design
Based in a wee rural town in Scotland, inspiration abounds in local history, nature and the landscape around us.
We love anything that gives us a giggle, great design and aesthetically pleasing fonts.
Queens View, Perthshire
…and what a view it is! 🤩
One not to miss if you’re ever in Pitlochry as it’s just a short drive away. Amazing view out over Loch Tummel to Schiehallion. In the distance are Loch Rannoch plus the mountains of Glen Coe on Scotland’s west coast.
Kalloway Design - hame to the original Scottish dictionary prints and mugs 👀

Introducing Luna. Luna is my other fluffy wee assistant who loves getting involved with all aspects of printing behind the scenes.
As a tuxedo cat, Luna is also proud of the fact she embodies the Kalloway Design brand colours.
All this nice weather is making me so excited for summer spent down the beach ☀️🤩
Did ye, aye? 😏
Always gives me a wee smile when I see orders coming through for our original and unique sassy take on historical paintings in pure Scottish style.
Lochranza Castle on Isle of Arran
A little behind the scenes peel at something I’m working on, cheers to ma wee gang of feedback stars for your comments so far on the designs 💫👀
I love seeing your prints framed up in your homes, like this wee photo of Tracy’s latest order from me 🤩 Thank you so much for the lovely reviews you’ve left, and the latest photo…I hope all visitors to the Jobby Lobby are entertained!
Portencross Castle is one of my favourite Ayrshire places for a wee walk…and it has the added bonus of the best sunsets over to Arran when the weather isnae so dreich 🌧️ Doesn’t get better than that!
A wee visit to Portencross is never a bad idea 🏴💙
Colourful customer orders are always an absolute favourite 🌈
Introducing Lyra. Lyra makes up one half of my fluffy wee assistant duo. She loves nothing more than quality checking your orders as I put them together.
Lyra also enjoys the cardboard boxes that all my stock arrives in. She’s a big fan of enjoying the simple things in life.
Is throwback Thursday still a thing? A wee look back at one of the most stunning views of New Abbey, which just so happens to be the wee village where Kalloway Design started!
Personally, I think this is probably one of my most said phrases 😂
A wee look through some of the lovely words from lovely customers last week - thank you for the photos too, love seeing where my prints end up 🤩
Blowing away the cobwebs in Troon today.
Always buzzing when you send or tag me in photos of your orders, pride of place in your home. Here’s a wee selection of some of my favourites over the years.
Brightening up your feed on a dreich day with a wee look at some of our colour Scottish Sayings range. Always happy to create bespoke colours for your colour scheme 🌈
I always think there’s something a bit magical about Portree. It’s so picturesque and such a memorable part of the Isle of Skye when I’ve visited.
Are ye aff it or back oan it this weekend?
I’m spring cleaning the studio, which means selling off surplus stock over on the Kalloway Design website that is 100% perfect, and prints that didn’t quite make the cut—tiny imperfections or defects you won’t even notice when framed.
Each bundle contains either old stock or seconds prints/cards with small irregularities and imperfections in either the ink or paper. Seconds prints/cards may have scuffs, dings, dents, misprints or minor paper irregularities. They are all still beautiful, perfectly usable, produced using high quality materials, and would be wasteful to recycle – for sale at a fraction of the price (over 50% off!).
Please note, all prints and cards sold in the sample/seconds sale are non-refundable.
Bundles will be dispatched with free UK shipping and within my typical dispatch turnaround (1-3 working days).
So grab yourself a bargain from this collection of slight seconds and one-off samples. When they’re gone, they’re gone!

Wow, where have the last five years gone?! On this day, five years ago I opened my Etsy shop and I can still remember my first customer and their order! What started out as a wee project has turned into something so much more 🤩
Thank you for making my Etsy and small business journey so incredible - friends, other business owners and most of all - my wonderful customers, you all know who you are! I’m so grateful that I get to wake up everyday and do a job that I love. Can’t wait to keep growing Kalloway Design and adding many more layers to it! 👀
To mark this very special occasion I’ve launched a flash sale of 20% off prints and mugs on Etsy until Monday. 🥳
Here's to many more years of sharing Scotland's beautiful language and culture with you all!
Enjoy this birthday treat from me!
Can't quite believe this but I am absolutely delighted and humbled to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Federation of Small Businesses Awards for the Self-employed/Freelancer of the Year category in the Scotland area! 🙌
Thank you to each and every one of my customers as without your incredible support, Kalloway Design simply wouldn’t be where it is today! Since 2018 you’ve supported my business with over 11,680 sales (and counting!).
I am so proud of the one-woman business I've created through my dogged hard work and determination, leading to the success of my products into a market leader for originally designed Scottish themed prints and homeware.
Huge thank you to the FSB for recognising the hard work and success of my small business. Lots of stiff competition from some simply brilliant businesses in the category, but no matter the outcome it’s such an achievement to be one of six finalists in Scotland! 🏴
Looking forward to the award ceremony and can't wait to meet the judges, sponsors, and other finalists.
Keep your fingers crossed for me and my Kalloway Design! 🥰
