With the mornings starting to feel very autumnal thoughts will often turn to winter. This is a great time to set goals and plan your winter training. Looking forward to next season.... Where would you really like to be? What is stopping you from achieving those goals? Is it your horses overall way of going? The rhythm of the canter when you jump? Is it your confidence and how you approach situations?
Goals are achievable when broken down into smaller steps. These steps are great for winter training to keep a sense of achievement and your motivation through the long dark months meaning you are both ready to enjoy and make the most of when spring arrives.
If you feel you need a helping hand, whether that be a weekly/fortnightly lesson or just planning a routine and exercise plan get in contact.

Had the best morning in the sunshine at Wattisfield and District Riding Club dressage. Was wonderful to see so many combinations doing brillant tests and so lovely for me to see cilents taking forward what we work on in our lessons to riding there tests. I had such a great time I forgot to take any pictures... So here is one of Sam having a snooze.
