4kW Potterton gold electric flow boiler with Gledhill slimline 120L unvented hot water cylinder installation in Clifton⚡️

Removed old back boiler and gravity fed hot water cylinder which wasn’t in working order ❌

Chemical flush and then treated with inhibitor to prolong the life of the system ✅

Easy to use Drayton controls with app interface as client works away a lot so easy to control away from home ✅

3 x new radiators through out the flat as old radiators weren’t efficient ✅

Main bathroom & downstairs W/C refurbishment recently completed in Hanham 🚽

We transformed this tired family bathroom into a modern living family bathroom!

Working with these customers was a dream as they trusted us especially when some complications occurred which can happen in this business. It’s great to share the final result of this beautiful new bathroom and downstairs W/C 🌟

Bathroom installation completed in Whitchurch 🛁

Much needed upgrade as the bathroom was very dated!

Keeping the layout the same, but just gaining more space in the shower with a large quadrant shower tray and a wider bath for the perfect soak 🫧

Electric boiler installation along with pressured hot water cylinder ⚡️

Customer requested a combi swap but due this flat being on the top floor, the gas run is through 2 other flats we couldn’t upgrade to required size for a new boiler.

So we removed the gas and installed 9kw Potterton electric boiler with 150L hot water cylinder. This will power the wet heating system along with heating hot water cylinder ready for this coming winter 🔥

With this bathroom being 1.8L x 1.5W was a challenge with customer needing a bath and shower, we managed to design and get everything he wanted in to the bathroom!

Working closely with the customer deciding tiles and sanitary ware really happy how this has turned out.

Small elements like an oversized mirror to bring light in and open up the room. Also traditional brassware like the towel rail and shower to give its a classic look.

Full plumbing & heating renovation in Hanham 🏠

We started with the full central heating system, back boiler and old hot water cylinder out and in with .uk ecoTEC plus 832 along with 9 radiators installed with thermostatic radiator valves.

Once that was completed we came back in and managed, supplied and installed all the works for the bathroom renovation. Taking down a wall and bringing the door forwards to open up the space in the bathroom.

Really enjoying being able to offer full plumbing & heating packages and over the moon with the customer review! ⭐️

2 very stylish and modern bathrooms installed on this project, walk in shower, free standing bath and some beautiful basin vanity units.

Herringbone tiling make these look very chic done by .m_tiling 🤩

Underfloor heating ✨

50 sqm of underfloor heating installed through out downstairs in the kitchen, dining room and lounge.

Wireless thermostat stats controlling two zones.

A lovely finish in these rooms along with lovely warm feet 👣

System boiler + Unvented hot water cylinder ✨

We installed ecoTEC plus 624 system boiler with 250L pre-plumbed hot water cylinder to provide heating and hot water in this house! 🔥

Gemma & Brad wanted a combi boiler but persuaded them to go with pressured hot water cylinder as the hot water demand is high in the house.

Lovely anthracite column radiators installed in upstair bedrooms 😍

Credit to customer, she had an a vision on what she wanted and designed, after numerous WhatsApp conversations and phone calls on what to go with, I hope we help achieved this vision.
