Today, we did this! 3 hours discussing ways to improve your health and mental well-being through nutrition and exercise.
Aimed at peri-post menopausal ladies looking for some guidance and motivation.
We all need some support sometimes and some guidance to move forward, make changes, and take action.
At age 52, I'm in better shape mentally and physically than ever before, and I want everyone to feel this good and have the knowledge and the tools to make the changes they want to.

π«ΆKarin has a full-time, full-on job. She is a Mum, runs a home, and enjoys Pole fitness. She is an absolute beast when when it comes to strength training and loves to lift. She is wild about jumping and bouncing and cardio fitness.
πMost importantly, she is a beautiful person, and she is a dear friend who I value, trust, and respect.
