The 'watery' vibrations featured the cha-cha nut shaker, water koshi, rainsticks, waterfall disk and voice.

So looking forward to sharing the incredible sound of my beautiful new 'waterfall disc' at this evening's soundbath and also the 'Wellbeing Day' at Wisdom Centre Romsey on Saturday. A little wander today to breathe in some forest air. So many beautiful vibrant foxgloves everywhere, full with the hum of bees and trees full of birdsong 🐝🐦🌳 Plus a visit to our favourite forest cafe, noohn wild (the best oat milk cappuccino✨)

May's full moon is known as the 'flower moon' - a reference to its appearance in late spring, when many flowering plants begin to bloom in abundance once again. The Wisdom Centre gardens are full of gorgeous roses and flowers right now, and the labyrinth is looking stunning. It's a wonderful place to ground yourself after the sound bath and view the full moon, or to reflect before the session 🌸🌕 Fx

Two very different but very lovely sound baths today 🎶 A gentle, calming sound and sensory session this morning with a lovely group of children and mummies ... and my regular 'rest and restore' sound bath this evening. I feel very lucky to be able to share such a beautiful modality, with so many lovely souls ... each person is unique yet we all share in this healing sound community. Sweet dreams, from one very tired but very happy sound therapist 💗 x

Sessions run every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. They are held in a beautiful sacred space, with a maximum of 10 people, to ensure a warm, cosy experience. You will be warmly welcomed 🤍 Fx

Losar is a joyous festival celebrated by many Tibetan and Buddhist communities around the world.

February 10th 2024 marks the start of the 'Year of the Wood Dragon' and is believed to be a year of power, ambition and creativity.

Dragons are auspicious creatures, symbolizing strength, wisdom and good fortune. People born in the Year of the Wood Dragon are said to be energetic, passionate and natural leaders.

Tashi delek is a Tibetan greeting - wishing warmth and good luck. Tashi translates as 'auspicious' and delek as 'peace and joy'.

Deeply relaxing sound baths in a beautiful sacred space ॐ A few places still available for tomorrow evening's session (Thursday 8th February) at the Wisdom Centre Romsey.

Be bathed in healing frequencies, relax with yoga nidra and drift into a meditative state. Includes a piece of dark chocolate at the end, to help ground you, and a relaxing herbal tea to take home with you.

A belated happy new year to all ✨ And welcome to new followers, it's wonderful to have you here ✨

I hope you've been easing yourself gently into the year, taking time to adjust to this new chapter. There's no rush. We're programmed to think 'new year, new me' and put all sorts of expectations on ourselves. But over the years I've come to really value this period as a liminal time; time marked by patience, waiting and incubation.

The word 'liminal' comes from the Latin word 'limen' - meaning 'threshold'. At liminal times of life we are between roles, identities and ways of being. We may be on the brink of something new, but haven’t walked through the door just yet. It’s a time of limbo and there is no timeline for how long it may take; it’s different for everyone. Give yourself time to feel what it is you need, where it is you want to be and what you wish for the year ahead.

If you feel called to join me at one of my healing sound baths, I'll be holding them every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at the beautiful Wisdom Centre Romsey. I still have a few spaces for this evening's session and booking is open until 4.30pm today. We will be gently grounding ourselves into the the new year, and at this month's new moon, setting positive intentions for ourselves ✨
