Melbourne Inn FC
We are a Saturday League football team who play in the Town and Country Plymouth and West Devon Combination Football League.
The 2014-15 season saw our first season in the Saturday league after spending 3 seasons as a Sunday League team. Our home pitch is at Brickfields Sports Centre, Plymouth. We are sponsored by the Melbourne Inn pub in Cecil Street Plymouth. We would like to thank them for their support in this upcoming season

Melly lads! After Saturday's match the pub kindly allowed us to leave belongings there to be collected yesterday. However!!! yesterday someone went to collect their things and it had all been collected. If you collected anything yesterday can you please let us know as we need to know where it all went. Some of he things now missing are expensive to replace and others like my folder has the paperwork I need for today so please get hold of me if you went to the pub yesterday and collected anything!!!

Well done lads on the win yesterday!! Hope you all enjoyed the evenings celebrations. We are now playing in another cup final two weeks today (will be played on a sunday) against the winners of today's match between Hedges and Princetown in the Charity cup match which has always previously been played at the start of the season. Will be an 11am kick off and all players who have played at least 5 games will be eligible to play. Further details to follow

This was the Supp Cup table as of 9.15 yesterday morning. With our win last night, that now puts us on 15 points, with one game in hand over Millbridge who have played all their games and with a GD of 28. Chaddlewood also won their match last night 5-0 putting them on 13 points and a GD of 11. If we win tomorrow that would put us top with 18 points with no one able to beat us
Just a friendly reminder: The Cup final will be played on Saturday 13th May with a 2.30pm kick off with teams arriving no later than 1pm. Tickets for spectators are £3 each or £1.50 for under 16s. Team will get entry for free as long as I have confirmed names prior to this. I have the tickets so if you want any please let me know and I will get them to you before the game. Cora
