Many thanks to The Friends and everyone involved! The children had a great time throwing shapes and busting some moves on the dancefloor πŸ•Ί πŸ’ƒ

There are some key projects planned at school and developing the outside areas for the children is a priority 🌱🌿🌾🌳🌲

We're grateful for the help of The Friends and the support of parents & carers to ensure that we can invest further for the benefit of the children and their education πŸ™‚πŸ™

Why not make someone's day with a random act of kindness? πŸ€—

It doesn't have to be extravagant, but it's a nice way to spread some happiness 😊

Have a go this Easter and do something egg-xtra special. Here are a few ideas below, but let us know what you came up with πŸ‘

We have lots going on this week 😊

We encourage all children to have excellent attendance at Cleobury Mortimer Primary School.

Regular school attendance brings enormous benefits to individual pupils, their families, schools and the community as a whole. Without regular attendance, levels of attainment suffer and opportunities are missed to obtain the maximum benefit from education.

Shropshire HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) managed by Shropshire Council is an exciting programme of holiday activities.

Over the Easter/Spring, Summer and Christmas/Winter holidays, schools, voluntary and community organisations, and childcare providers are running activities

There are free places available on the HAF programme for children and young people aged 4 (reception class age) to 16, who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals and for those who have been referred onto HAF by a professional.

Children who are aged 4, who attend a nursery or pre-school are unfortunately not eligible for the HAF programme, activities are not suitable. Eligible children aged 4+, must be in full time education and have started school in Reception Class (or equivalent).

During the three main school holidays, children and young people are invited to take part in a range of fun activities, happening at venues from across the county

Families in receipt of benefits-related free school meals can access the HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) programme by viewing the details sent directly via ParentMail on 29th June 2022.”
