Invictus tile effect lvt fitted with a 3mm design grout strip 🔥

Downstairs completed in LVT recently.
The subfloor on this one had every problem you could think of going on with it. Damp quarry tiles, a painted slab with a structural crack down the middle and all different levels going on. So after a grinding and getting back to the base and repairing the slab, we gave the area 2 coats of an epoxy dpm and was ready for the 32 bags of screed we used to get the floor right.
Overall this was a challenging job but couldn't be happier with the result 😍

Probably our most challenging job so far getting this one done for .construction_

Subfloor had 6 layers of screed and tiles to be uplifted off a very damp basement substrate.
140 bags of screed, 12 epoxy dpms and a lot of cuts and bruises later we managed to get it done.

Weve spent the last 2 days down at the training centre learning about their most up to date and modern sub floor prep systems and products

If you're looking to update your knowledge I'd fully recommend this course as we all know the subfloors we come across are getting harder to work with

🔥subfloor needed a bit of prep work on this one but made up with the results of this herringbone LVT installation in a Hall/kitchen extension this week 😍🔥 by far our favourite range to fit at the minute 💯

Nice karndean tile effect to finish a busy week off 🥵

Amtico form- fawn oak basket weave. This is probably one of our favourite designs to fit. The customer originally had this installed In the kitchen then decided to have it run through into the hall but with a border this time. Either way the pattern and colour and detail on this plank are 💯🔥🔥

🔥Job completed in herringbone LVT range. Subfloor needed grinding, dpm then finished off with an Uzin L3 gold smoothing compound giving the floor that perfect finish👌🔥
