TRAINING TO RESTART ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 26TH

A question I was asked yesterday , "do I have to be involved in a club at their early development stages to get a trial in their academy?"
Answer = No

There is this assumption that a badge means that
1) Your training standards will be better , unless your lucky and have people who purely care about development and not £'s then 9 times out of 10 its not.

2) If you have talent, playing well because you have worked hard at your skills, but have the factor of enjoying yourself in the environment you play/train , which is why we all started playing , then you will get noticed , then the early money making levels are not needed as reputations are key.

A lot of great coaches are now working for themselves away from pro clubs as the reason they coach is for the pride in seeing players develop week in week out , with smiles on their faces and reaching the best level that they can , with the coach knowing they have had an influence on the person and the player.

Experience and quality does not always wear a pro club badge.
