The sun is out, and hopefully here to stay. We love the warmer weather, but it's important to stay safe.

Here are some simple tips to help you enjoy the weather and stay healthy:
1. Use sunscreen of at least SPF 30, on all uncovered parts and top up regularly. Wear hats and loose fitted clothing.
