Signing off 2023 with my fave picture from this year where we spent quality time in Egypt as a fam (minus our fluffy child 🐶). It’s been a year of many wonderful experiences with my loved ones and friends old and new 💕, equally some big old left-field blows too 💔. Life is one big rollercoaster, isn’t it (Ronan Keating really knew what he was talking about! 🤣).
2024 resolutions: live life to the max and never take good health for granted, live new experiences, book the bloomin holiday, keep joy spotting (in the wise words of my buddy ), wear the darn wacky outfit without fear of judgement, dress like a rainbow ……. and if ever in doubt, just imagine what your 80 year old self would be advising you to do.

Preloved for the win 💫! My amazing Christmas pressie handbag from Mr C was via and I basically live in this vintage mohair beauty from the fabulous .dust.vintage. I’m so smitten with preloved now, I struggle to buy brand new unless I can really justify it. Does preloved (including the thought of a preloved Christmas gifts) freak you out or are you on board?!!! Reflecting on the best girls trip to the White Isle. It is rare we manage to all get together, but when we do, it’s pure magic ✨💫. This restaurant was like a dream (the scorpion fish was just 🤤)… I may even say one of the nicest spots I’ve ever been to. Take us back, please! Time to plan the next trip! Oh San Sebastián, you have stolen our hearts 💞. Gastronomic heaven, beautiful beaches, such a warm and chilled vibe with stunning streets at every turn. We are already planning our return and trying to figure out if we can move there 🤣. It was another impromptu trip for us. Booked Saturday, left Sunday with one small bag between four. Spontaneous perfection. Who even am I?!!!! And thank you to for the most incredible food recommendations.. I’m now addicted to anchovies and my kids to crab and squid 🤣🦀🦑. Anyway, back to reality with a crash as our twins start Yr 2 today. I’m actually quite sad to see the end of the holidays (and lie ins)…. Happy Thursday, all x

When you visit The Eden Project, you must dress like a tropical plant. It’s simply the law. In truth, I only chucked a few outfits in my bag for our impromptu trip, so it was just pure luck I had this jumpsuit with me 😆🍌🍃🌿🌱. Phew! Anyway, what an experience. Blew all our minds, particularly the rainforest biome. Anyone been and loved it too? Happy Thursday Xx

Last Monday we made a snap decision to go on a road trip. An hour later, we’d booked an Air BnB, packed up the car (with kids and dog in tow) and headed to Cornwall (ensue 8 hour drive 🫣). The weather was crap but so much joy was had… the Eden Project blew our minds, beautiful beaches and costal walks, the 3 boys even had a dip in the sea (the only ones not in wetsuits!). Steins Fish & Chips, National Trust delights, hot tubs every night in the rain, pretty much everywhere was dog friendly too … 4 nights away felt like a good week (although the sickness bug on the 9 hr drive home wasn’t too pleasant 🤢). As someone who always plans the juice out of everything, this spontaneous trip was such a liberating adventure! You guys planners or free spirits?!! I think I’m converted (kinda). Happy Monday peeps! X
