A bit of a personal post from me tonight..

Today marks the day that I have hung up my hat as a consultant and I am now focused FULL TIME on Neomammas. That means not only running the behind the scenes but you’ll also be seeing a lot more of me at classes, events and workshops.

Absolutely none of this would have been possible without each and every mum who has signed up, recommended or just liked my posts over the years - to be able to take this leap after starting this 5 years ago, I just have a feeling of being absolutely overwhelmed and grateful that this community is everything I dreamed of and more.

I started Neomammas because when I arrived in Aberdeen, I couldn’t find that community of mums that I needed - I can safely say that’s no longer the case and I hope you all you feel the same.

Working on Neomammas full time provides me the time with my family that kicked this business into gear in the first place - they truly are everything to me 🫶🏼

We would LOVE to raise funds for Cancer Research UK by completing 5km a day in May…TOGETHER!

This means whatever you can do a day to make the Neomammas total to 5km a day - we work together by supporting each other in a private WhatsApp Group and all you need to join is donate £5 to our JustGiving Page 🤍

It’s a brilliant way of connecting with other mums across different classes and locations and a really fun way to get ourselves out there for a little while each day - either with your little ones or for some self care time alone!

We may even organise group sessions for walks and catch ups if the weather behaves!

For our Babies Facilitator position, we’re seeking someone who can seamlessly integrate into our established structure and provide engaging content for our youngest audience.

L A U R E N 💕

A Mummy to 2, golf handicap 5, ex accountant, Top 3% Arbonne, recently retrained in personal training and a Neomammas facilitator 🙌🏼

Motherhood - I’ve never experienced such a challenge or found anything as rewarding. Full of highs and lows (mainly highs but I do have a toddler… 😂 ) 💖Every day is about having fun and making the most of each day as it comes because time goes past so fast💖

Neomammas to me is the perfect balance of baby sensory/songs and support for mums. I’ve never been surrounded by a group of women as supportive from day 1 when you go into a Neomammas’s class you feel properly hugged in. 💖

Mums choose Neomamnas because it has solid foundations and has gone from strength to strength for 5 years now. It’s very well established class plans after years of research and changing it up and the babies and mums get the benefit of some repetition but also some surprises to keep you on your toes 😬

I think what makes Neomammas different is the focus on balance - sharing special first experiences with our little ones but also giving mums a place to feel heard and safe. 🤗

The thing I love the most about being a facilitator is being a link between to help mums meet other mums and new friends in a similar situation/stage and getting to be part of such a special journey for both mums and little ones. Watching these small people develop and their personalities start to come through just fills my heart and I’m so proud to be a part of it. I sometimes forget I’m a facilitator because everyone is so nice like a bunch of friends.
