Day 30 of 30 days to a healthy living. I've done it. Hooray. Here r my fantastic results. I've lost 1/2 a stone, 3% body fat and 7 & 1/2 inches. I'm so happy with my results and I feel incredible. I would highly recommend this program. It will change your life forever

DAY 27 of 30 day challenge. My rest day today and going to enjoy my friends 40th birthday party.
Breakfast: poached eggs on rye bread
Snack: Apple
Lunch: chicken curry
Snack: none
Dinner: chilli
Drink: a few glasses of white wine
Exercise: none rest day.

DAY 26 of 39 day challenge. Did my mums daily hiit class which was hard and hot.
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: Apple
Lunch: chicken wrap
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: smoked salmon & avocado salad
Drink: 2 ciders
Exercise: 1 hour HIIt class

DAY 25 of 30 day challenge. It's looking like I may have plantar fasciitis which means no running or strenuous walking and no flat shoes for a while. However, I did decide to walk my 5km today and felt it at the end 😁
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with banana and semi skimmed milk
Snack: mango
Lunch: delicious superfood salad
Snack: handful almonds
Dinner: prawn & chilli salad with guacamole dressing, delicious.
Drink: 3 litres water, 3 glasses red wine
Exercise: 5km walk

DAY 24 of 30 day challenge. Didn't do a run again, my heels are killing me!!!
Breakfast: freshly baked banana bread, gluten free
Snack: Apple
Lunch: smoked salmon & cream cheese thin
Snack: none
Dinner: pork ribs, salad & jacket with Parmesan.
Drink: 2 litres water, no alcohol
Exercise: none, rest day

DAY 23 of 30 day challenge. 7 days to go hooray!! The countdown begins. I've found this challenge so much harder to do in the summer. However, looking forward to my break before I start my big one in September.
Breakfast: fruit salad & yoghurt
Snack: handful Brazil nuts
Lunch: smoked salmon & cream cheese on thins
Snack: 2 apples
Dinner: delicious chicken dish with spinach, tomatoes, onions, Parmesan and a little cream. Delicious.
Exercise: 1 hour blt class no run as my Achilles is sore
Drink: 3 litres water 3 glasses white wine

DAY 22 of 30 day challenge. Did a really good run today as I didn't take boycie and ran much faster. Eating was good too.
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, smoked salmon and cream cheese.

DAY 21 of 30 day workout challenge. No run today, woke up late, had to see the dog sitter and then go up to westham and got home late. It's also my rest/cheat day.
Breakfast: none
Snack: none
Lunch/dinner: chicken & avocado burger & sweet potato fries
Drink: 2 litres water & 2 ciders

DAY 20 of 30 day challenge. I managed a run today and I felt good. Only 10 days to go.
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: handful of raspberries
Lunch: chicken and avocado salad
Snack: grapes
Dinner: steak pie and vegetables
Drink: 2 litres water and far too much wine
Exercise: 5.2km run

DAY 19 of 30 day challenge. Still resting my Achilles but managed to do an hours hiit circuit so don't feel to guilty.
Breakfast: banana
Snack: raisins
Lunch: superfood salad: edame beans, couscous, roasted red peppers, orzo pasta, peas, olives, mozzarella balls, sundried tomatoes. Delicious
Snack: nectarine
Dinner: pork loin steaks, jacket potato with beans and goats cheese and juicy tomato
DRINK: 3 litres water, 3 glasses white wine
EXERCISE: 1 hour hiit circuit class

DAY 18 of 30 day challenge. Didn't do a run today as my Achilles are really sore. Giving myself a couple of days rest on the running.
Breakfast: green juice filled with pears, spinach, celery, ginger, apples and cucumber.
Bowl of natural yoghurt and muesli.
Snack: satsuma
Lunch: picnic consisting of fruit, cucumber, tomato, sausages and a few crisps.
No snack feeling full from lunch
No dinner.
Drink: 3 litres water, 2 glasses red wine
No exercise

Day 17 of 30 day challenge. I did my run in the evening which was lovely for a change. The boys came with me but on their bikes which made it a bit longer and interesting.
Breakfast: green juice. A bowl of natural yoghurt, nectarine, orange, Apple and banana with a sprinkle of chai flax seed.
Snack: handful of almonds
Lunch: chicken Caesar wrap, a few crisps
Dinner: delicious chicken with cumin, turmeric and paprika with brown rice, beans, carrots and sweet corn.
Drink: 4 litres water and no alcohol
Exercise: 5.45 km run

DAY 16 of 30 day challenge. I went running at the discovery centre with boycie (he had a great run) as the boys had football there. It's such a great place to run wow!!!
Breakfast: protein shake with berries & almond milk
Snack: handful Brazil nuts
Lunch: snacky bits, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, ham, rye vita
Snack: nectarine
Dinner: super mince (tomato, corgette, peppers & onions) with Singapore noodles and cherry tomatoes
DRINK: 3.6 litres water no alcohol
Exercise: 45 min hiit blt class & 5.36km run

DAY 15 of 30 day challenge. Hooray, I'm half way!!!
I Started my day off with a lovely morning run followed by training Alex and then ice skating for 2 hours.
Breakfast: natural yoghurt with nectarine & raspberries sprinkled with milled linseed mix.
Snack: Brazilian nuts
Lunch: sausage roll πŸ™ŠπŸ™ˆπŸ˜©
Snack: satsuma
Dinner: roasted chicken thighs on a bed of quinoa & buckwheat in a homemade tomato & chilli sauce with crumbled feta on top. Yum!!!
Drink: 2 litres water (not enough) no alcohol
Exercise: 5.4km run

DAY 14 of 30 day challenge. I confess today I didn't do my run. I was going to do a long cycle ride but one thing led to another. Will be back on it tomorrow.
Breakfast: poached egg, ham & roasted vine tomatoes
Snack: nectarine
Lunch/dinner: BBQ with chicken kebabs, steak, onion, pepper & haloumi kebabs, pork belly slices, new potatoes and salad, YUM!!
Water: 1 & 1/2 litres, 1/2 bottle red wine

DAY 12 of 30 day challenge. Another 6.15am run. I felt good today. I know it's only a short run but at least it's something. Looking forward to my dinner tonight at smith's in Ongar and to my day off tomorrow.

Dinner: oysters, prawns, delicious grilled Seabass with potatoes dauphinois. Yum!!!

DAY 11 of 30 day challenge. Sorry forgot to post yesterday and forgot to take photos.

Lunch: picnic (again) lots of cucumber, fruit kebabs, chicken Caesar wrap.
Snack: handful mixed nuts
Dinner: 2 small slices of pizza
Exercise: 5.53km run

DAY 10 of 30 day challenge. Another early run. Love running early so cool and picturesque.
Breakfast: protein shake with almond milk and mixed berries
Snack: nectarine
Lunch: salmon, coleslaw and avocado
Snack: banana
Dinner: grilled rump steak, sweet potato fries, salad and grilled tomatoes.
Exercise: 5.05 km run
Drink: 2 litres water 2 glasses red wine

DAY 9 of 30 day challenge. Went running with boycie at 6.30am. All I can describe it was like running with a resistance band. HARD!!!
Breakfast: protein shake with berries
Snack: peach
Lunch: salmon, avocado & coleslaw
Snack: handful Brazil nuts
Dinner: platter of veg, smoked salmon, a few sausage rolls and pork pies
Dinner: celery, humous, sundries tomatoes, mozarella balls and lots more.
Exercise: 5.3km run, 45 min blt class
Drink: 2 litres water no alcohol

DAY 8 of 30 day challenge. Got up at 6.30 and went for a run. What a beautiful morning, the cows, horses and bunnies were out and it was an enjoyable run.
Breakfast: fruit salad
Snack: plain yoghurt with seed mix
Lunch: picnic at discovery centre, carrots, celery, olives, humous, salad, boiled eggs etc
Snack: handful almonds
Dinner: chicken stir fry with cauliflower rice, grilled vine tomatoes and sweet corn. Yum!!
During: 2 & 1/2 litres water, no alcohol
Exercise: 5.39km run

25/07/2016

DAY 7 of 30 day challenge. So I did my run at 1.30. My Achilles is still tender do taking it easy. Sorry no photos today as I run out of memory.

Lunch: chicken & bacon & falafel and humours mini wraps, tomato & mozarella salad & pasta, pesto & pine nut salad

Lunch: platter with smoked salmon, gherkins, boiled egg, humous, Mexican rice/quinoa, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
Snack: handful almonds
Dinner: buckwheat and quinoa with chicken and cherry tomatoes.
