Yes I'm still getting after it as the end of year looms.
Here I'm doing heavy rdl's and heavy sled push ( lost my shoe near the end). Ist time in quite a while going this heavy as I think it's something you shouldn't be chasing too often as we get on in years 🤦🏾
If you train smart you shouldn't need to be training heavy that often as it does come at a cost with wear and tear and I've had plenty of that for a long time. Luckily I've managed it quite well due to my proffession, finding smarter ways and putting your ego aside is a must.
Nice to dabble now and again though 😁
