Final photos of our Goring by Sea full house renovation project 🏠

This included a loft conversion, rear extension and garage conversion. The whole house had a re design on layout, making the main living area open plan along with relocating the bathroom and adding in an additional ensuite. Finished off with a full re roof and new windows and doors. This home is now unrecognisable from its original dated self.

We haven’t uploaded anything for a while, here’s a kitchen we’ve just finished ✅

Our Kingston Gorse site is making good progress. Steel frame work is now installed and ready for the roof to go on. Hopefully get this wrapped up just in time for the start of summer. This pool house will have a plant room, wet room bathroom and a lounge area with a bespoke bar. Huge roof overhang to create an outside bbq and seating area with extended patio. Stay tuned for updates and the finished product 👀

Stairs in today in this loft conversion. Hip to gable conversion creating one large double bedroom, en-suite and walk in wardrobe 🏡

Finally got some finished photos of this huge 80m2 side extension, we finished last year. This added 3 double bedrooms, one being a master suite with en-suite shower room. All finished to the highest of standards.

Another little one wrapped up.

We are looking for another carpenter / multi trade to join our team. Long runs of work for the right person, covering first and second fix carpentry with general building.

Here’s a bathroom we have just finished. A few parts have been reused to keep the cost low, but what a transformation.

A little fire damage repair in an 8th floor skyline apartment, lucky this was put out before it spread further. It now looks better than ever 🤩

Today we had the final completion on our Goring site. Full day of clearing and cleaning, but what a lovely open plan space they have now. 35m2 rear extension with a loft conversion that we finished earlier in the year!

Just a bit of decoration left to finish 👌 ✅

Thought we would make the most of the hot weather and get up on a roof 🥵🥵

We are looking for another apprentice/ improver to join our team. Great opportunity for someone to learn first and second fix carpentry, mixed in with general building work. Long runs of work, all in Worthing and surrounding areas.
