Today's veggie star from our Summer menu: Sweet Potato & Pea Tikki. 🌱 Mashed sweet potato and garden peas jazzed up with ginger, garlic and a sprinkle of toasted cumin seeds. They're then shaped into patties and fried to golden perfection - crispy on the outside, oh-so-soft on the inside. 😋

Big news, spice-lovers! Say hello to our new sister brand, Bombay Burger Club.

Initially available exclusively on Deliveroo, Bombay Burger Club is a playful mash-up between the traditional Vada Pavs (stuffed buns) of old Bombay and that all-American institution, the burger.

These aren’t your average burgers; filled to bursting with crisp-fried Indian street food, fiery chilli chicken, spiced lamb patties, chargrilled paneer tikka, and even slow-cooked tamarind pork belly – topped with all the Indian fixings and, of course, our award-winning range of chutneys. 😋

Almost all the beers on our extensive menu hail from Sussex, including our Curry Leaf Cafe NEIPA (which is a collab with Silver Rocket Brewing). 🧡

We also stock a beautiful line-up of local gins to make sure those cheeky G&T’s keep flowing. 🍸

Even our international line-up of vegan wines come from a Brighton-based supplier, On The Source.

What this means is that pretty much every penny you spend with us (bar the tax) stays in the local community, supporting Sussex businesses and livelihoods. We’ll drink to that!

Meet the team 👋 Chef Ranjeet doesn't only whip up a mean curry 🍛 (his top pick is the lamb, especially the Rajasthani Laal Maas. "I could eat that dish every day, for all three meals!"), but get this – he used to shred the slopes as a professional snowboarder! 🏂

He also used to work as a mountain guide; taking people rock climbing, cycling and on motorcycling tours – and, of course, snowboarding adventures. 🏔

The arrival of our new spring/summer menu means new curries for our great-value Thali Platters.😋 Priced from £15.95, they feature your choice of curry served with rice, naan, cumin potatoes, veg pakora, aubergine bhaji, daal, poppadums & dips - all arranged on a big metal tray (aka thali). Served 12-3pm daily and all day on Sundays. 🙌

Our two-course kids' menu includes a main and dessert for just £6.50. 😋

Kids can choose from Aubergine bhajis, Poached chicken thigh, Tadka daal, and Chicken or Paneer Makhani curry 🍛 all served with rice, naan or (you guessed it) chips. 🍟 All light on spice but full on flavour. 🧡

The Mushroom 65 burger features a brioche bun – or ‘pav’, as we call them in India – stuffed to bursting with crisp-fried mushrooms in a spicy batter, topped with red chilli jam, beetroot raita and sliced spring onion.

For an extra umami kick, trying adding some Kolkata kimchi. Sweet, sour, spicy and seriously moreish 🌶️

Our new Tamarind Pork Belly has been proving a major hit with diners since we launched the Spring / Summer menu – think low 'n slow BBQ kissed with South Indian spices 😋

We use British free-range pork belly, first marinated overnight in tamarind, garlic & Kashmiri chilli, then slow-cooked until meltingly soft and cut into thick slices. Served on a skillet with charred onions, peppers and chillies plus a side of beetroot raita.
