3. Items are unfortunately unrefundable but Trendspotter will always choose to purchase pristine stock. Any defects on items stocked in outlet shops will be clearly identified.
4. Some items may be marked-up because of its rarity but prices are negotiable. Each items will be negotiated on its own merits of efforts.
5. Trendspotter ships purchases at least twice a month in bulk and purchases can be collected from Singapore or Southampton, UK. Customers may however request for special postage direct to home but price will be higher than bulk postage. Postage costs will not be marked up.
