Getting all the winter vibes from this Lovely lentils..

Lemon and herb infused Quinoa and lentils with beetroot, Tenderstem, topped with feta and toasted seed!

It’s been a while but this lovely salad is back on the menu this week
“Winter Caprese”
Giant couscous with fresh tomatoes, baby mozzarella, roasted butternut squash and finished with a basil vinaigrette
All the flavours of a classic fresh Caprese salads with a touch a winter comfort!

I love providing people with my salads, it brings me so much joy

but it brings me that little extra joy when I know that providing the salads has made someone’s life more relaxed and given them the time they deserve with their family,
Rather then slaving away in the kitchen.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of providing salads for a last minute bank holiday family gathering ..

Between running a buisness and a family it’s safe to say the prospect of 20 people descending on this customer was a little daunting…

All the salads were delivered ready in bowls and we even collected the dishes the next day so even less washing up to do ..

We cater for all event from small family gathering, to corporate lunches and weddings.
