Here at The Cambridge Joiner, what we do is paved in history.
These original moulding planes, which would have been made during the early 1900s, were used by our Managing Directors Grandfather back in 1960s.
We are so proud to now have them displayed in the entrance of our new workshop.

Restoration is a huge part of what we do and we have a breadth of knowledge and passion throughout our team which we can bring to any project.

The team are finally settled into their new home at The Ashley Industrial Estate in Soham.

A huge thank you to all our new neighbours who have been so welcoming!

We've got lots of windows booked in for restoration and replacement over the next few weeks so we hope that blue sky is here to stay!

This was a multiple phase sash window renovation and replacement, including an arched frame. It also included 4 sets of french doors and a back door which are now ready for painting in the customers chosen colour.

Sash windows are our speciality and we recently completed these brand new units in this stunning home.

The front bay window includes grey anti sun glass, which ensures privacy for our customer and their family whilst also reducing the glare from the sun in the room.

It was lovely to see these custom gates we made back in January now oiled and ready for the winter - all 22 of them!

We're so pleased with the difference this new set of French doors makes to this period property.

We recently completed 14 windows at this property in Wilburton. Some were refurbishments with new, double-glazed sashes and some were full replacements, all made from scratch in our workshop.

The team have been working on an exciting project recently!

A delivery of 22 framed ledged, braced gates were dropped off to our customer last week.

Each gate, made by the team in our workshop, is made of sapele and we can't wait to see some pictures of them in place around the grounds at an estate in Exning.

We're delighted to share with you a project we completed just before Christmas.

With all our customers needs and requirements in mind we created these bespoke bookcases that are the perfect fit around this gorgeous fire.
