A few pictures from a recent project carried out at Fsc Blencathra Environmental Centre in Keswick for The Bell Group.

This building has been renovated into student accommodation. With being a 100 year old building the walls were in a terrible state and plenty of character to them. We spent 2 weeks in Keswick to push the job on for The Bell Group.

A recent bungalow finished in Weber Pral m Ivory.

We hacked off the old boss roughcast, fitted new vents throughout and rendered. Windows and doors resealed, all rubble removed and pressure washed.

We also decided to incorporate the “number bead” to this job. Eliminating the need to drill into the newly applied render to fit a plaque etc which potentially could stain the render with the brick dust. The number bead is scratched flush with the wall to leave a very sharp seamless finish.

A job we carried out just before Christmas in Langholm at the Buccleugh Centre for Harkness Painting and Decorating.

We had the task of removing 150m2 of external wall insulation and reinstating with Weber pral m Graphite.

That’s a wrap for another year in business! Thank you to all customers, existing and new. Thank you to all merchants and suppliers that keep us going all year round.

This year we have invested greatly in our spray rendering service that we offer. With some beautiful renovations and new builds completed we are very happy with progress made this year.
With some exciting projects booked in for 2024 we can’t wait for some good weather to get stuck right in again.

Martin has made some significant progress this year while under guidance. His technique and knowledge will soon become one and well rounded. Not much hard loving left for him!
