we are at the Weaver Hill fell race tonight , at Dalton dairy, Wootton. The racing starts about 6pm, the weather is good, oatcakes and ice cream, watching folks running up & down beautiful Staffordshire hills, good Friday night out. 😎

We're really pleased that Ivan and Cally from Cheddleton Oatcakes will be on site to feed any hungry runners. Oakcakes and toppings range from £2 to £4 (+50p for additional toppings) so bring along a few quid in cash and enjoy their offerings 😁

WH - 2 days to go!

A few things to remember ahead of race night...

1) Please read the participant guide (which you should have received by email or you can find here: https://www.peakrunning.co.uk/_files/ugd/78cf0e_4af41b0c4b03408d88c26dc30c76ae98.pdf) and make sure to bring the mandatory kit with you on Friday night. If the weather is pleasant and conditions good, we may relax the kit requirements, but best to have it in the boot ready. We'll try to provide an update on kit tomorrow / Friday 👍

2) Bring some cash along for parking (£2) and to treat yourself to a Cheddleton Oatcakes oatcake and Daltons Dairy ice cream post race! Card can also be used, but the card machine is a bit temperamental at times. The oatcakes are freshly baked by Ivan and Cally and come with a variety of toppings including cheese, sausage and bacon 🥓

3) With music, great food & and a great race, get ready to have a cracking Friday night out on the trails! 😍
