Refurb just finished in Dundela. A water leak from the adjoining apartment caused massive damage.

We sourced and stopped the leak by pressure testing the whole apartment complex. We installed dehumidifiers to remove any remaining moisture. Then removed and replaced any affected timbers also replacing everything in the apartment kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, doors, floors, skirting and boiler.

Client happy and property agreed for rent almost immediately.

How we spend a lot of or days sourcing leaks in properties that have caused damage on ceilings. Called to this one after another contractor was meant to have fixed it 🤦‍♂️

A recent porch we repaired in Seahill the boards and frames had rotted away. So were replaced and we managed to reuse the existing lino.

Be careful in cold weather this is a house we have been called out to. This is what a frozen pipe looks like!

We were brought in by the owners to bring this house back to life.

It had been vacant for over 10 years but was in remarkably good order.
