Refurb just finished in Dundela. A water leak from the adjoining apartment caused massive damage.

We sourced and stopped the leak by pressure testing the whole apartment complex. We installed dehumidifiers to remove any remaining moisture. Then removed and replaced any affected timbers also replacing everything in the apartment kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, doors, floors, skirting and boiler.

Client happy and property agreed for rent almost immediately.

Painted out the interior
Repaired sliding doors
Got all the water systems cleaned tested and repaired where needed
Repaired sections of roof
Built concrete pad for gate sensors
Built new fencing
Repaired windows and hinges
Got underfloor heating recommissioned
Made repairs in tile work
Plus numerous other smaller jobs to get this house back to a top end liveable state.
