This means as usual we will be CLOSED Monday (27th May) but will be back open again as normal at 8am on Tuesday (28th May)

Don't forget though that both stores will still be open on Saturday (25th May) from 8am till 1pm

❓ - Do you offer Trade Credit accounts?
👍 - Yes we do! You can apply online on our website here - https://www.richardsbuildersmerchants.co.uk/apply-for-an-account/ or pop in store and pick up an application form

❓ - Can I use my trade account online?
👍 - Of course! Even though the trade prices will not appear immediately, just register on our website as normal and when you place your order we will send you an updated quote with the details from your trade account.
Once you accept the order, we can book it onto your account as normal

❓ - On your website, (product) is showing out of stock, when will this be back in stock?
👍 - If an item is showing “Out of Stock” it means we currently have no stock and no more has been ordered at this time, however you can now join a waitlist by clicking the button on the product page and that will let us know that customers are waiting to purchase this item.
You will also get an e-mail to let you know as soon as the product is back in stock!

❓ - Do you offer Click & Collect?
👍 - At this time this is not something we offer, however if you place an order on the website you can choose “Collection” as a delivery option.
Doing this will mean you can accept our quote and a member of staff will call to take payment and (if possible) prepare your order for collection.
You can also pay when you come to collect if you prefer

❓ - Are you open to both retail customers and trade?
👍 - Of course! We welcome all customers, whether you just need a few small items or several big deliveries, we will be happy to assist as best we can

❓ - I cannot see (Product) on your website, is this something you stock?
👍 - We try to include everything we sell on our website however there is so many products (including some that are special orders), that we can't list everything. So if you are unsure, please send us a message or give us a call

❓ - I have a delivery booked for today, what time will it arrive?
👍 - While we can tell you which day your delivery will be, it is not always possible to guarantee a delivery time. If you have any time restraints / special requirements please let our sales team know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate if possible

❓ - Do you deliver to (location)?
👍 - We deliver to a wide area around East Cornwall, please see our delivery area map on our website - https://www.richardsbuildersmerchants.co.uk/delivery/

❓ - Are you open on (day)? What time do you open/close?
👍 - We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday and from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays (such as 27/05)

Another successful Richards delivery - this time in beautiful Millbrook!

Don't forget ... there is another bank holiday approaching and so we will be closed on Monday 6th May

We are still open on Saturday and will of course be back open at 8am on Tuesday 7th May

The sun is finally shining and we're all starting to get out in the garden so we've made sure we've got everything you need!

We've just had a huge delivery with Compost, Top Soil, Manure, and Bark (including our "New for 2024" Mini Bark

We know many of you have already popped in and taken a look at our brand new store at Trevol Business Park, Torpoint

But if you haven't had the chance yet, you can now come and see us on Saturdays!

We'll be open from 8am till 1pm every Saturday - starting 13th April

Helping You to Build It Local ... even on Saturdays!

Just a reminder to all our customers at both our Doublebois and Torpoint branches, our Easter Opening Times are:

29th March (Good Friday) - Closed
30th March - Open (8am - 1pm) - Torpoint branch will be closed
31st March (Easter Sunday) - Closed
1st April (Easter Monday) - Closed

Our website will of course still be available throughout the weekend and any quotes/orders placed will be responded to on Tuesday 2nd April
