Samyama For Life - Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

for the soul
The Yoga Practice should emphasize in these simple habits and actions in order to keep the essence of
ourselves intact.

in order to feel ourselves again
Time to plant the seeds of love.
Just remember that the only goal is to live in good health, in love and to contribute with meaningful actions towards others.
and a different way of living
...the reward for our work is not what we get, but what we become.... Paulo Coelho
Behind every word and thought every breath, every movement, there's an intention, we cannot see it but we can feel it and that's called energy.
A powerful force that can travel faster than we can imagine.
Finally the practice, this specific yoga practice is taking its original shape. Its therapeutic side was forgotten, the personalized teaching was also left behind, we forgot the main purpose of practicing a set group of asanas, we forgot that bodies and minds are different so the way this practice should be approached.
Finally practitioners are understanding the depth behind Vinyasa and bandhas, finally this practice is taking back its profound values.
A deep meaningful exploration is the way I should describe the past 7 months of intense practice .
It has changed the way we approach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga on the mat, it has changed the way we feel, love and live but most importantly it has upgraded our level of consciousness .
I am so proud of my investment, waking up at midnight, meditating and practicing at 2am to finally receive this powerful group at 5am Monday to Friday. We faced highs and lows, pain and pleasure, unlimited challenges just for the sake of deep healing.
Wonderful group, thanks to everyone who took part of this journey this 2023 season.
We learn together, growing together, we are one breathing the same air and working for the same purpose.
Thank you all, 🙏
We will meet back again in 2024.

The rule of this journey was very simple, " Do not come back as you left, come back anew "
Thank you for such an amazing experience, grateful to the place, barely untouched mother nature .reserve.
To all the participants, Cumbaya Ashtanga practitioners Marcos for his healing energy through the touch of his hands, food and Tibetan bowls, you did nurtured our souls.
Thank you, thank you 🧡
The real beauty and purpose of our existence resides within, and to get in touch with it we must silent the mind, unlearn and feel we are enough with who we became.
of internal organs the mind from whatever is familiar to us the outside to listen the inside.

Sometimes life is forcing us to reroute, for some the message is still blurry whereas for others is crystal clear. Yet for both the journey implies an open heart and a deep sense of humility.
A throwback to my beloved India.

The moment we came into this human body we were presented with the choice to evolve or repeat. And to evolve I must adjust certain parts of my body which are already challenging but the most important to put all the effort in is the brain. As Mr.BKS.IYENGAR has quoted it is indeed the most difficult part to be changed not impossible though.
The biggest power we all have is the capacity to create and the most relevant tool intelligent people use is . The magical ingredient to transform, change, and finally to evolve. But we need to understand the real meaning of it. It starts by appreciating the very essence of who we are, embracing the contradictions that co-exist within us.
Any form of opens the gate to discover who we are and what our purpose is in this life. I would say a journey of self discovery which requires effort, dedication, discipline and lots of love.
