Ashley Bearings are looking for a motivated individual with a positive outgoing attitude who is keen to learn.

What duties is the Jumior Sales Person expected to carry out?

Trade counter - Identify and supply customers with a range of bearings, power transmission & associated products, Take telephone orders & enquiries, Respond to email orders & enquiries, Provide quality customer service to all customers, Maintain a professional manner at all times, Assist with on-site visits (with experience & when required), Complete stock checks & Inventory levels, Recieve incoming deliveries and sign the neccessary paperwork, Complete order & get them ready for dispatch with all the paperwork, Place stock orders (with experience), Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse & work area, Assist with off-site stock check to maintain customer stock levels.

Technology - Become (with experience) competent in using the IT software implemented by the business to complete customer sales, warehousing and customer service aspects of the role

Legal Responsibities - Perform to the levels of health & safety as set out in the company policies and procedures manual. To abide by the policies set out in the policies and procedures manual.

Team Building - To undertake training as and when required to equip you to the role, Attend trade shows and events as a representative of the company when required.

What products will you come into contact with?

Bearings - ball, roller, taper roller, miniature, thrust, self-aligning, oilite, plummer blocks, pillow blocks and more.

Power Transmission Products - Belts, pulleys, taperlock equipment, chains, sprockets, electric motors, gearboxes, inverters and associated engineering products.

This is a permanent offered Role of 40HR per week. 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
