We offer maximum flexibility, start whenever you want, work from home at a time convenient to you following a comprehensive worksheet and a video plus a designated tutor to support you along the way. After completing each recipe send your tutor a couple of pics using our App, WhatsApp or Email. Your tutor will send encouraging feedback after each recipe and at the end of the course will submit the required online assessor’s report, securing your Skills Section.

We are Susannah and Jo, business partners and friends. We share a passion for all things food and cookery. In 2012 we founded Egg & Soldiers and since then we have been teaching teens to cook. Our focus is on delivering excellent online cookery courses for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), and we are proud to be a DofE Approved Activity Provider.
