Well what a good day! The returned to their breeder for a good late summer groom and while they were there I fitted in a pick and got these two lovely ladders. They are now in the workshop for tidying up. How has your day been?

I rather like this, an unglazed terracotta butter cooler branded Norbon. Soak the cooler and place it over a plate of butter. Nothing can get in but the butter stays cool. Fab!

I am always amazed by how beautiful old tools are. This is a heavy pair of parrot beak secateurs. They have been refinished and resharpened, and should work beautifully for another century! What do you think?
