My first ever interview on Speak With Dilys, with the beautiful Neima Saad. She has 3 degrees and speaks 6 languages and was set for a promising career and great life mapped out for her, but losing the father she adored and having to give up a promising career as political lobbyist, working on contract deals with multi million dollar global companies investing in Africa - Neima didn’t realise this was only the beginning. Coming from a powerful political family in Djibouti, the sudden death of her father meant to stay alive, she would have to flee and turn her back on her wealth and inheritance and leave it in the hands of those who had seen to it that she had to go. I’m very pleased to introduce to you my next guest on Speak With Dilys - The Forgotten Woman, 4th episode, S6 (apologies for the error in previous communication). Petra Vasileva is a qualified professional coach and enjoys working with people to bring out the very best versions of themselves. Petra’s own journey at the age of 48 has begun and has been embraced as a a life transitioning phase and not a final destination. Petra describes her journey thus far as honouring the perimenopausal life and facing it head on. Petra will share her experience, as well as the life lessons the perimenopausal journey has taught her. We will have an important conversation on the menopause and will explore how unique this journey is for each woman. How can we support one another and how can we normalise the conversation on the subject?
