Something my mum would always say: If ten people start a race together one will finish first, one will finish last and eight will fill the numbers in between.

Now let’s assume this race is life and the finishing line is success. The person who finished first hasn’t necessarily won something the others won’t. His timing is simply different as was his process.

The person who finishes last perhaps had to see the mistakes of others or even made a few mistakes himself and this was a necessary part of his process in getting over that finish line.

Our paths take us all different ways for many reasons but one thing that is certain is that how is how your journey must be. So don’t fight it or look at others with envy. Know that everything good that is ordained to be yours by the universe/God/ whatever your belief system, will come to you!
