I'm looking for an experienced Training and Development coordinator, This is an exciting new role where you will be supporting the training strategy across the Group of Companies. You will have the opportunity to help develop new training and development programs and enhance existing training programs.
You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and preparation of development programmes as well as continuously monitor, test and evaluate training. This includes the Company’s Induction Programme as well as new initiatives planned..
The role is office based in Borehamwood, although you will be expected to travel where required. This is a full time position based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a training and development or HR role with a proven track record in effective administration of training and development / HR programmes
