If you have received an email and something doesn't look right...

See who the email is addressed to and always be suspicious if it's addressed to a generic title such as customer. Never click on a link in an email, unless you have originated the initial contact.

Scams will often target students, they may pretend to be from your bank, Student Finance or even the Home Office.

Scams can use websites or images that you would recognise to trick you into thinking they are real. Make sure you know who you are talking to.

Can you spot the difference between real and fake? There are four differences between these logos, good luck!
