The Butterfly Whisk is one of our favourite accessory because it is very useful!
To insert the Butterfly:
Find the highest blade.
Place the butterfly whisk so it sits against the. blunt side of the highest blade.
⚠️NEVER⚠️ set the speed higher than Speed 4
When & how to use the Butterfly?
1. For whipping your egg whites and whipped cream - use speed 4
2. Protecting delicate ingredients like tofu and fish when sauteing - use speed 1
3. For evenly mixed cake mixture - use speed 2
4. When sauteing meat, use speed 1 (⚠️NEVER⚠️ set to reverse)
5. Stir frying rice (eg. kampung fried rice), set to speed 1
6. When steaming, lay it fat inside the varoma dish before placing food on top to allow steam to circulate
7. When whipping up swiss meringue, set to speed 3
8. To fluff frozen desserts like berry foam, use speed 3.5
