As we try to get everyone booked for their preferred appointment time, we thought we would put out a little reminder of our confirmation service, and how it works to help us make sure no appointments go to waste with last minute cancellations and no shows.

We send out confirmation SMS messages the day before your appointment. It really helps us if you could respond and either confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment.
