We did a deal this week ☑️
successfully sold a part of our wee little enterprise & at the same time joined forces with a beautiful beast in the industry 🥇

Almost exactly 3.5 years since we started- multiple COVID strains, a few anxiety attacks, countless hurdles and many groundbreaking firsts. I still often refer to myself as a yoga teacher, but realise that was a fairly long time ago 🫣

A moment like this is what has kept us going through all the dark times, and I celebrated today by joining Otto’s first swim lesson- times may have changed, but there’s no place I’d rather have been 👨‍👩‍👦

It wasn’t the result we wanted… but the whole skwad showed up to watch

An perfect 33rd birthday 🎂
This is my first bday with a wife, who spoilt me 👰‍♀️
Met the newest wolf cub, Tommy .ware1 🐺
And smashed a couple dives 🤿

The most epic part about London marathon was the support. Thousands of people cheering on random people, giving them sweets and the encouragement to run, limp, waddle and walk across London❕

It’s been a good week‼️
Taking delivery of my new Allez Sprint & completing sprint-tri 🏊‍♀️ 🚲 🏃‍♂️
My last bit of “competition” was all the way back in 2018 and I had my last road bike nicked in 2020 😢

I was very happy with my swim & run… being back in cleats for the first time in 2 years made the ride distinctly average 😂

With 2.5 months until the London marathon, I feel like I’m finally warming up 🔥

I also have great appreciation for my significant other 💒
