In addition, all cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice or will be charged at the full price. As you can appreciate I am busy so have a cancellation list and can offer the appointment to another client if given prior notice.

Please download my booking app to make booking your appointment easier and to avoid not being able to get an appointment. Ask me at your next massage if you are struggling with this.

I am happy to combine dry cupping myofascial release in any appointment slot.

Ok.. how is it August already!? Just a huge thank you for everyone putting up with me taking time off over August. I have hugely reduced my hours due to having the girls off school but will be back before you know it! We all need a break now and again and i can honestly say I'm at that point right now. September is looking nice and busy already and I'm always so grateful you choose me to look after you and those muscles 🥰 keep stretching, keep training, keep working, keep hydrated!! 😘 ✌🏼 # # #

As we are all aware, everything is going up, cost of living, fuel, wax, cleaning essentials etc and therefore my prices need to reflect this. (especially for Mobile Sessions) I have tried my hardest to get round this but I simply don't have a choice now. The changes will take immediate effect as of the 1st of April. As always, I am so grateful for your continued business and look forward to providing the best massages for you. I hope you understand the need for me to implement this change. Sports Massage is a deep massage designed to release tight muscles, ‘iron-out’ knots in muscles and enhance sports performance by optimising muscle function. It is NOT a relaxing massage, rather more a therapeutic remedial massage and it is very effective in increasing blood flow and promoting healing.

It is not limited to sports people or those who play the occasional round of golf but want to avoid injury – anyone can benefit from a deep massage to feel freer and help correct postural habits. Be prepared to feel a little tender the next day – as if you had worked out.

Honestly, over the last 14 months, I can't say it has been easy. My business had to close, i felt like i was letting so many people down. 😔

I'd worked so hard trying to help manage people's pain/injuries/ongoing issues. Safe to say i was not a happy bunny!

I've had so much support and encouragement over the last three lockdowns from so many of my lovely customers, you've kept me going! Thank you so so much! 🥰

I can now get back to what i enjoy doing most, massaging you lovely folk. Lots of catching up to do and picking up from where we left off. 😃

After having had my first covid-19 vaccine 💉 and my second one being at the beginning of May, i feel confident I'll be able to provide a safe massage for you in the comfort of your own home. (With PPE obviously)
