Good Afternoon guys I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to everyone who has bared with me these last couple of years 😘our family like a lot of others have not had the best time and I’m finally admitting it has affected my physical as well as mental health! I have been really rough with bronchitis etc for 3 weeks now and feeling completely exhausted!! I really appreciate your loyalty, kindness and understanding! I won’t be sending Christmas cards again this year I will be donating to SANDS which is a charity very close to our hearts!

My beautiful grandson Arlo 💙
As most of you know we lost Arlo’s older sister Ava in January this year :-( and even though we now have our beautiful rainbow baby Ava will never be forgotten 💕💕
This year instead of sending Christmas cards I am donating to the Rose and Daisy foundation who support parents during these difficult heartbreaking times, I will also be donating £2 from every pair of feet I treat during December!
I will have a collection box with me so anyone that feels they would like to help this great charity we would be very grateful 🥰🥰🥰

Week away on holibobs and I needed another week to get over it!! 😢
First I managed to cut my face open acting like a teenager 🙈
Then home to hand foot and mouth caught off the granddaughter then sickness and diarrhea so feeling pretty exhausted and feeling sorry for myself!
Fingers crossed 🤞 next week I will be back on form and my usual chirpy self! Sorry if any off you have had your appointments cancelled or moved 🥹
Now some good news I returned home to a gorgeous new Grandson we are beyond proud of his mummy and daddy and how they’ve coped this past year and once I’m feeling brighter I can’t wait for lots of cuddles!

I’ve been away on a couple of holidays to London, Paignton with the grandchildren and Minehead for the 80s weekend 😊 Also keeping up with my CPD courses, I like to keep educating myself and you can never learn too much! This Saturday I am spending the day with Belinda and Olga in Swindon for a CPD day 🦶 🦶 also meeting Jayne Masters for some Cosmedicure Training so a busy weekend.

Nights are drawing in and the weathers getting colder 🥶 still we need to look after our feet though, cold weather and central heating will dry them out.

The funeral service of my mum Jennifer Warren will be held on Monday February 14th 11am at St Giles Church, Bredon followed by a private family cremation.
Afterwards please join us at Bredon Football Club to share memories, a bite to eat and to raise a glass to my beautiful mum 💕

As some of you know I’ve been having a pretty tough time this last 6 months, my mum who normally lives in Spain came over on holiday back in July 2021 and was diagnosed with terminal cancer so wasn’t able to fly home and stayed with me.
I have thoroughly enjoyed having her living with me during this time even though watching her deteriorate has been very hard we made some great memories I will treasure forever 🥰 the highlight being Christmas the whole family together for the first time in years 🥰
Early in the New Year we got the devastating news our Grandaughter who we were so excited to meet was born sleeping :-( as you can imagine this rocked our family and broke mums already fragile heart!
Sadly mum passed away on Jan 22 a lot sooner than expected but we think she eventually just gave up bless her!
I just want to say a huge thank you to you all for all you kind words and patience with me over these last few months, you have all been amazing with me having to change, move or cancel appointments due to having to be there for my family 😘
I am slowly starting back to work this week obviously taking a day off for mums funeral in a couple of weeks but I just wanted you all to know how grateful I am to you all!
Hopefully see you all soon 😘😘😘

Hi just wanted to make you all aware of the situation I am in at the moment, my mum has been over from Spain since July 10th due to a new grandaughter being born, but sad to say a week into her visit and she became very ill :-( she has since been diagnosed with a nasty tumour which we are still waiting to hear if there is treatment for 😢
I just want to say thank you so much to everyone whose appointment I’ve had to move/rebook and I apologize to anyone in the future this may happen too you have all been so understanding! You only get one mum and I intend on being with my mum every step of her journey! I love my job and would never mess you about without a very good reason so please bear with me over these next few weeks and please keep your fingers crossed for my amazingly brave mum 🥰🥰

It’s the middle of April already and even though there’s a chill in the air the sun has been shining ☀️ Summer is just around the corner 😊
Time to get those feet ready for sandals, sometimes our feet might need a bit more than just some cream!
How about a Medi Pedi to really get them in tip top condition!
Firstly a nail trim and file getting rid of those thick nails making it easier for you to cope with them!
Next removal of any thickened callus and hard dry cracked skin with either a blade or foot file whichever is needed.
Then a nice foot scrub to really buff and polish.
Next covering in a nice foot mask and protecting with moisturizing foot socks.
To complete the treatment I soak the feet then finish with a nice moisturizing foot massage.
This is a really luxury treatment and gives you a good start to looking after your feet yourself and keeping on top of those dry feet 🦶 🦶
