I decided to write rehab4runners to bridge the gap in injury information for runners between overly simplistic and often dated information and the too technical and sciencey stuff that you need a phD in biomechanics to understand! I have tried to keep the language straightforward without being patronising and also keep you up to date with the most recent research in the field of injury rehab.
