We are dancing this week and it looks like the sun will be shining for us outside. We are lucky to be able to use the shady part of the playground. I look forward to seeing you all this week before a break next week 💞 🩰

We were treated to a gorgeous evening of ☀️ yesterday. So we made the most of it and danced outside. Great to see everyone!

When I get asked why I teach zumba, this is the reason why. There is no judgement and no pressure to be an amazing dancer. Just stepping into a space with other people and without asking, knowing that this will help them to smile. Find something that brings you an hour of freedom.
