This sell out night was first held at Dylan's Menai Bridge earlier this year & we're thrilled to be bringing it to Conwy (October 3rd) & Criccieth (October 10th) for the first time.

A little Monday behind the scenes at Dylans...

When we dream up new dishes, it rarely just 'happens' by magic; even though it may seem like it. There's always a lot of planning, tasting, revising & thought that goes in.

Here's a good example: Chef Jack brought the idea of 'Lasagne Bites' to the table &, from the first 'draft' (second photo), to the latest edition - well - you can SEE the delicious differences.

We're looking forward to this one on our specials menu, before too long!

We're setting our tables from 12pm - 3pm at Dylan’s Llandudno on Sunday 22nd September, & in Criccieth on Sunday 29th September.

By the way, this isn’t your usual Sunday roast - we’re preparing a sharing feast with ALL the trimmings, with meats from our friends at the award-winning Edwards of Conwy Butchers.

Together with David ‘Taco’ Dalby’s authentic yorkies, frazzle roasties with smoked mayo, Mr Hodgson’s Anglesey honey glazed parsnips, & Jack’s Nan’s gravy, this is THE Sunday Roast you’ve been waiting for - with plenty to share.

The First Pasta Môn! | Pasta Môn Cyntaf! 🍝

The team had their first introductions to the new pasta machine last week, learning the process & making lots of varieties & shapes.

This unlocks so many dish development opportunities for Jack, & that means tasty things for our menus & general stores!

Dave & his team had hands on training - step one of being our own suppliers for our restaurants, stores & eventually further afield.

We're massively excited by all the possibilities here & can't wait to share more with you all soon - Pasta Môn already looks & tastes so good!

Remembering Bryn Williams. | Cofio Bryn Williams.

We're all a little sadder today, as we remember our friend & colleague Bryn Williams.

If you have eaten street-food from our boardwalk in Criccieth over the years, it’s very likely that you would have been served by this legendary character, with his infectious personality & comical anecdotes.

Bryn was always one of a kind, & battled cancer with everything he had - particularly his very own brand of humour & charm - a trademark of his colourful life.

He started his journey with us back in 2018, working his way through our Llandudno, Menai Bridge & Criccieth restaurants, & in our prep kitchens on Anglesey | Ynys Môn.

He then made his way over to his new ‘home' in Criccieth, working in Arianrhod - our first food trailer - & was chuffed to bits that our second Airstream, was named 'Bwled Bryn'.

"Think about my cheer & laughter, my cheekiness & everything else that goes with Bryn Williams. See you all again."

Our Social Media & Marketing Manager, Lisa - & her husband Ed - have welcomed a gorgeous baby boy into the world. Little Jack is absolutely awesome - join us in welcoming him!

The world's gain, is our (temporary) loss, as Lisa is now taking her well earned maternity leave from the front line of social media at Dylan's.

For the time being, you won't all benefit from Lisa's posts & enthusiasm & passion for sharing food & drink, but Dave R will do his best to fill her boots!

Lisa, we hope Dave doesn't break everything in your absence & we look forward to welcoming you back to 'active duties' at Dylan's in 2025.

The bar team have been slinging cocktails, mocktails & 0.0% beverages out into the sunshine the past few days - it has felt properly like summer in North Wales!

Anglesey Lobster is BACK! | Mae Cimwch Môn YN ÔL eto! 🦞

Returning to our main menu for the summer, our half-lobster is roasted in garlic butter, served with charred lemon, skinny fries & mixed salad.

First, a new Tiramisu Maritozzi, made with Poblado Coffi, dipped in chocolate & sprinkled with dark chocolate flakes…

…alongside is a reimagined Pistachio Maritozzi, with Pistachio cream, & crumb on top of the dipped chocolate.

They're available at our Baked Goods & General stores - Asia & the bakery team have been working hard!

We actually don't know the answer, but this weeks specials menu includes Seafood Bao Buns with Anglesey Lobster, Mac 'n' Cheese Bites & a fantastic Cod Loin dish.

There's a delicious White Chocolate & Blackberry Parfait dessert too, which the team unanimously described as 'Bendegedig'!

Throwback to our Seafood Discovery Day! | TBT i’n Diwrnod Darganfod Bwyd Môr! 🦞

It's nearly been two weeks since this event on the seafront in Criccieth, where we enjoyed a day with Anglesey Sea Zoo, Môr Ni, Bangor School of Ocean Sciences, Criccieth RNLI, alongside plenty of food & drink, children's activities & live music.

We are still receiving lovely feedback about the day - we can't believe how fast time has flown since.

Oh boy. We’ve been working on these for a while. Four delicious bars, available at Dylan's Conwy, Criccieth, Llandudno & Menai Bridge, as well as our two General Stores.

They've been going down well over the weekend in our stores; try Ecuador Dark , Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Orange, & Salted Caramel… or all four!
