A couple of bedrooms completed in the last couple of weeks. One a bold and modern split wall effect for a man cave/spare room and the other a light and fresh wallpaper for a lovely ladies bedroom, taking the wooden window frames white and freshening up the radiator really brightens the place up ☺️🌞

After decorating this hallway a few years ago, I was back to do some wainscoting panelling and add a bold feature colour throughout. A bit of a challenge for just little old me on my own, so I brought in a bit of help and had some quality daddy and daughter time with my pops! Considering neither of us are joiners I don't think this turned out too bad! 😂

It's been a wallpapering kinda week for me. Transforming a bright white new build property into a sea of colour and pattern! Thank goodness for the modern flexipipe radiators! 🙌

First big job of the year completed. A lot of work was needed in both this garage and WC. Garage walls scraped back and wire brushed to remove efflorescence. Walls and floor stabilised and window wall Ames taped before painting. WC was fully Ames taped by myself before painting.

Period properties quite often need a lot more love and attention when it comes to decorating and this one was no exception! A LOT of scraping, filling and sanding had to be done before adding the final paintwork and wallpaper (which also had its own challenges!😬). I always enjoy looking back at the before pics to appreciate the transformation!
