Revitalising, antioxidant face mask for an immediate brighter healthy complexion! 🥰

What you need:
•2 teaspoons of our Green Clay Mask powder
•2 strawberries 🍓 🍓

Squeeze the strawberries to make 2-3 teaspoons of juice, add it to the Green Clay Mask powder, stir well until you get a smooth texture, apply on skin and keep it on for 5 minutes.
Relax 💆🏻💆‍♀️
Remove the mask with lukewarm water 💦 and a wet face cotton cloth.
Apply a Toner suitable for sensitive skin and a light moisturiser or serum.

“After using the product for the first time my skin was smooth, soft and hyper clean. It did not aggravate the redness on my cheeks which I was worried about.
For the small amount you mix I was surprised how well the mask and scrub performed. When it started to dry I could feel it tightening and drawing out impurities from the skin.
The mask had no detectable fragrance when mixed with water. The finely milled clay produced a delicate mask/ scrub which not heavy or scratchy in any way.

“The mask felt lovely on my skin, tight enough to feel like it was making a difference but easy to wash off. It also didn’t leave too much residue in the bath, my skin felt tight and invigorated.
This was much more of a mask than a scrub so the exfoliating component is quite small and smooth, quite pleasant.
I felt like my skin had improved after a month, I had less spots than usual and brighter skin.“

❄️ Winter? ❄️

Winter can bring some problems for those with sensitive skin, mostly due to the colder, drier air at this time of year.

In fact, drier air means drier skin, more likely to get irritated and itchy, because of the dehydrated top layer of skin.
Eczema, psoriasis and chronic dry skin conditions can flare more often and more severely in drier, colder weather.
We are more likely to get cracked lips, and the skin can be more sensitive to ordinary household detergents and perfumed toiletries.

What can you do to help?

💙 Keep your skin moisturised 🥰 - apply an oil serum and a anhydrous balm daily, it will help to protect your skin barrier and prevent moisture loss. Our Sea Buckthorn Serum and Bellissima Balm are the perfect combination!

💙 Avoid perfumed skincare and makeup 💄- these can further irritate your skin. Prefer fragrance free products! ☑️

💙 Avoid sharp changes in temperature 🔥❄️ - when you are inside keep your heating temperature at around 18 degrees Celsius and ensure that the air does not become too dry.

💙 Drink plenty of still water 💦 - this will ensure that your body has what it needs. You can add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to each bottle of water. This also helps detox your skin and system!

Most skin types will benefit from gentle exfoliation once or twice per week 🥰
If your skin is sensitive or prone to inflammation (for example you suffer from Eczema or Rosacea), I recommend limiting it to once a week or every 10 days.

I prefer gentle exfoliation because you can better control the effect on the skin, also I love vegetable sustainable ingredients and apply gentle pressure while doing it.

The most important thing is to listen to your skin 🎼 how does it feel? How does it look? 🧐
